Delete Your Brea Account
You can permanently delete your Brea account and associated personal data at any time.
Option 1 — Delete your account in the Brea app
Follow these steps from within the Brea app:
- Open the Brea app.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm permanent deletion.
- Once confirmed, the account deletion process will begin.
Option 2 — Request account deletion by email
If you are unable to access the Brea app, you can request deletion by emailing:
info@therecalibrateprogram.com
Subject: Delete My Brea Account
Please include the email address associated with your Brea account so that we can identify and verify the correct account.
What happens to your data
When your Brea account is deleted, your account information, profile information and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal or regulatory compliance, security and fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup and disaster-recovery purposes.
Any information retained for these purposes will be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer required.
